PAYMENTS

- reservation is confirmed upon FULL payment

- any extra charges such as souvenirs, sales of beverages, gratuities, picturesque service(video/photography-land & underwater)etc......can pay cash at the island

- we accept cash in SGD$ or IDRrp at the island

CANCELLATION POLICY

- cancellation made within 3 days prior to departure will incur a 10% administration charges

- failure to arrive on scheduled date will deem as NO-SHOW

with no refund

- scheduled trip are subject to weather and sea conditions

HOW TO GET THERE

- disembark at Batam Center International Ferry Terminal, Batam Island, Indonesia

- our staff will welcome you at the arrival gate

- land transport to the boat jetty a pleasant 80-minutes drive across the city to the southern tip of batam barelang

- a fast boat ride to Petong Private Island 22km off the coast of

barelang Galang island.
